Ory Kalenkosky joined Casey Development, Ltd. in 2014. Mr. Kalenkosky currently oversees and manages the multifamily and self-storage platforms for Casey Development and the multi-family division of Baxter Contracting, LLC, Casey Development’s general contracting company. His roles include land acquisition, budgeting, planning, design, and execution of each project through disposition.
Since joining the Casey Development and the Baxter Contracting team, Mr. Kalenkosky has helped oversee and manage the execution of over 750,000 square feet of multifamily apartments, including Uptown Square and Tacara at Steiner Ranch. This includes all daily tasks associated with the project from consultant coordination to subcontractor execution.
Mr. Kalenkosky has BBA in Accounting from Texas State University. He is a member of Real Estate Council of San Antonio, Economic Development Foundation of New Braunfels, as well as a graduate of both RECSA Leadership Development Program and Leadership New Braunfels. Prior to joining Casey Development, Mr. Kalenkosky played professional baseball in the Atlanta Braves organization.
