Michelle has been with Casey Development, Ltd. since February 2016. As Property Manager, she maintains the office and retail assets for Casey Development. Michelle currently manages Casey Development H.Q.-200 E. Basse, a 50,000 square foot Class A building in the Quarry, 45,000 square feet of retail strip centers, and will soon manage Sunset at Treeline, a 60,000+ square feet Class A medical office building off 281 N and Sunset.
As property manager, Michelle assists with facilities management of our five storage facilities alongside our third-party management team, Public Storage. Additionally, she leases and manages 21 mini commercial units to small business owners located in two of our storage properties.
Michelle brings 20+ years in the property management field starting out with the multi-family industry leasing apartment homes, managing Fort Sam military housing and single-family homes for real estate investors. She has two boys who are active in football and basketball and a mini-Aussie who is also a big part of the family. She is a regular at the gym and enjoys staying active.
