SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Casey Development, Ltd. announced today it has started construction on Tacara at Steiner Ranch, a 246-unit, luxury Class A apartment community located in the Steiner Ranch master planned community in Austin, Texas. Located northwest of downtown Austin, Steiner Ranch sits between Lake Austin and Lake Travis alongside the Balcones Canyon Land Preserve with pristine views of the lakes and the Texas Hill Country.

Tacara at Steiner Ranch is thoughtfully designed to maximize its views of Lake Travis and its hill country setting. The architecture will be modern, yet with a Tuscan Mediterranean feel. Exterior materials will include stone and stucco with tile roofs on all amenity buildings. The property will consist of 150 one bedroom/one bath units, 80 two bedroom/two bath units and 16 three bedroom/two bath units. Property amenities will include a resort-style infinity-edge pool overlooking Lake Travis, outdoor lounge areas with barbeque grills, coffee bar, business center, state of the art fitness center, dog park and gated entry. All units will have quartz countertops with under-mount sinks, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, full size washers and dryers and hard surface flooring in kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Select units will have stained concrete floors, large patios/balconies, and direct access garages.

Darren Casey, President of Casey Development, said “we are thrilled to start construction on Tacara at Steiner Ranch. This effort has been three years in the making, so we are very excited to finally have the opportunity to execute our vision. We always strive to build a “best-in-class” project and we will work diligently to make sure that Tacara at Steiner Ranch lives up to that billing. With its views of Lake Travis and the Hill Country, proximity to desirable restaurants and shopping, Leander ISD schools and location in one of the most vibrant cities in the country, Tacara at Steiner Ranch is a project that we are very enthusiastic to get started”.
