CASEY DEVELOPMENT OPENS THE KEEP STORAGE AT WESTOVER HILLS / LAUNCHES SELF-STORAGE PLATFORM

First self-storage facility opens for business with more in development

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Casey Development, Ltd. announced today that The Keep Storage at Westover Hills recently opened for business. The Keep Storage at Westover Hills is a 106,000 square foot Class “A” self-storage facility located at the northeast corner of Highway 151 and Ingram Road in San Antonio, Texas. The facility provides 671 storage units and 10 mini-offices to the Far West submarket of San Antonio, one of the City’s fastest growing areas. The storage units vary in size from 5’x5’ lockers to 10’x30’, and 73% are climate controlled.

The Keep Storage at Westover Hills marks Casey Development’s first foray into the self-storage space and is the initial The Keep Storage in San Antonio. Future Keep Storage facilities are currently under development in Stone Oak, at Thousand Oaks/Henderson Pass and on Vance Jackson outside Loop 410. Consistent with other Casey Development projects, The Keep Storage properties feature best-in-class facilities with unique architectural elements in highly visible and easily accessible locations. Amenities include on-site management, a digital surveillance system with closed circuit visual hallway monitoring, individual door alarms, and controlled access entry.
